CASE-BY-CASE BASIS: We operate as a small business with limited inventory, which means all sales are final. That said, we truly want you to feel good about your purchase.
In certain situations, exceptions may be considered on an item-by-item basis, subject to product availability. If there is a fit issue and your size is available, we’ll do our best to accommodate an exchange with prior approval.
If you’re unhappy with your order, please reach out to us via email! While we can’t guarantee an exception, we promise to review every request thoughtfully and do our best to find a fair solution.
1. No Returns, No Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the sale is complete. However, if unhappy for whatever reason please still contact us at garmentlogs@gmail.com and we'll try our best to make you happy!
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide a detailed description of the issue and include photos as evidence. We will review your case and, if deemed appropriate, will provide a replacement at no additional cost (if in stock) or refund you completely.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will verify the issue and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
4. Sizing and Fit
We understand that choosing the right size can be challenging. Please refer to our detailed size guide available on each product page before making a purchase. If you have any questions regarding sizing, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
5. Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
In the case of refunds, once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
