Garmentlog.com, powered by Shopify.com, uses SSL Encryption Technology to ensure secure processing. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the industry-standard protocol for transmitting private information over the Internet. This technology encrypts your data, including credit card information, using a private key, making it unreadable during transfer.

Privacy Policy

Garmentlog.com values your privacy and treats your account information as confidential. We will never share your information with any outside parties. Your information is secured and encrypted with SSL Software. We never see your personal credit card information; we only receive your shipping address and name. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 7.5% applies to all orders placed within California.

Order Cancellation

Due to the fast nature of our fulfillment process, we cannot allow cancellations once an order is placed. Please ensure the items in your cart are correct before checking out. We aim to ship all packages within one week of the order date. If we fail to ship your order within 14 days, you may contact customer service to request a cancellation.

Shipping

All domestic orders are handled by the United States Postal Service, UPS, and occasionally other third party shipping companies (i.e Fedex). You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and handling. During high-volume periods, such as after a release or during the holidays, processing times may extend to 1-2 weeks. For specialty releases, such as made-to-order products, specific shipping timelines may be stated on individual product pages.

Orders are fulfilled from Los Angeles, CA. Domestic orders typically arrive within 7 business days after shipping, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. International orders usually arrive 1-2 weeks after shipping, depending on the service requested.

Product Availability

We reserve the right to limit product quantities. While we strive to display only in-stock items available for immediate shipment, there may be instances where a product becomes out of stock. In such cases, your order will be canceled, and our customer service team will notify you. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Colors

We make every effort to display our products' colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee the color accuracy on your monitor.
